Who I am
I'm Saad, a customer support specialist with about five years of experience across sales, dispatch and customer support. I started as a dispatcher in US logistics, and today I manage the sales and dispatch teams of a US logistics office.
I have also worked in debt validation sales, appointment setting, and quality control and AI chatbot training, so I understand a conversation from both the customer's side and the business side.
